    I think that it is and it isn’t because if you can’t balance the way you text with the way you write at school, then the parents should step into the situation, taking away their cell phone.Then they will learn to take their work seriously, and be attentive in their classes because they will want their phones.

      No texting does not have a negative impact because people may have a writing and speaking problem. Sometimes people do both text and talk that way because they don’t feel like talking or writing correctly. But smart people can text and not talk. I know this because I’m one of those smart people.

    I totally disagree…some what.I see what you mean.But,I have a friend who doesn’t have a speaking problem,but she does talk improperly.

    I do think that texting has a negative impact on how you write. If you’re at home all day texting like dis, then what do you think you’re going to put on your school work. Also, if you make up codes like Idk, Lmao, or even Llf in the future filling out an application and saying Idk to something you don’t know, will not get you the job.
