Yes, my grandma is like that. We don’t get along, but I know she yells at me so I can do better. I love her to much to yell back; I just hug her.

yes people can be warm and strict because my mother is warm and strict and its not that they are strict as in mean but they want to be protective and caring because if they are not strict then it some times show that they doesnt care and it tends to get out of control because all the children that does not have strict panrent they are either bad, senseless or act like they got no home training.

You are very perceptive and astute. I would like to ask that you consider revising your post. Could you retain the ideas but demonstrate your understanding of writing conventions: capitalization rules; internal punctuation; subject-verb agreement? Let me know if you need assistance.

Well, yes someone can be both warm and strict because my mom is both. She is warm and strict because she cares about me and wants me to go somewhere in life.

My comment is YES, you can be warm n strict at the same time.
For example my mom is warm and strict say if you get in trouble at school she will might get strict about that but if you get in trouble for someone mistaking you she want get strict she would be warm and calm. I think that is cool for your parents to be warm and strict.

Yes, someone can be both warm and strict. I have someone in my life like this. My grandmother is both warm and strict. She is strict because she knows a lot more about things that are going on in the world today. Well, more than my mother and I do. So, she tries her best to keep me out of the way of these things that are going on. She is warm because has a lot of humor and lets me have a little space, but if there is not a family member around or someone over the age of 18, she will get back in her strict mode because she knows that I am not able to protect myself from people that are perverts and people that do crooked things or who are a little wrong in the mind.

Yes, my mommy is both warm and strict because she is so loving and she protects me and my sibilings. But when she strict, she either gets on us about our room or tells us to get out her face. 🙂

I believe some can be warm and strict. I actually have someone in my life who acts that way. My previous fourth grade teacher was warm, but if you are disrespectful to her she would turn to her strict side. A person can be warm by being nice, fun, cool, but if you are disrespectful and/or rude. She will turn into someone you don’t want to see!

I totally understand and identify with your post.

Do I see a shift in your verb tense? Review:”…was warm, but if you are.” Let me know 🙂
